Navigate to the Settings area under Account Management and click on Chat Settings. This area controls the setting of the chat that you will use internally. Resident chat settings are updated elsewhere.
Name your AI Assistant anything you like. You can opt for a human like name or be more explicit and clearly name that it is AI. You can upload an image for the profile of this bot.
The default greeting is "Hello, my name is [name]. I am here to help you with your community management tasks. How can I assist you today?" The [name] is replaced automatically with the name of the bot.
You can also add Custom Instructions that will be included in all chat requests. This should be used for behavioral changes needed for the AI. Each user also has the ability to add custom instructions from within their profile that add to this.
Once complete, click on Save to store your changes.
